About the Franchisee Workshop
Tuesday August 19th, 9.00am to 5.00pm

An opportunity for multi-unit franchisees to share ideas with each other on how to improve profitability and enjoy the success of running multiple businesses.

The workshop will particularly focus on the leadership, operational, financial and people management issues of running a multi-unit operation. Rather than being a structured teaching session the topics for discussion will largely be driven by the interests and needs of the group.

Debb Lowe

To ensure the workshop stays on track it will be facilitated by Debb Lowe, Senior Associate with the Franchise Relationships Institute. Debb has considerable experience working with Multi-Unit franchisees from McDonalds, Muffin Break and Jamaica Blue.

The day will start by collecting the questions and issues participants want to talk about. The rest of the day will be spent exploring these together.

One of the benefits of this workshop will be the opportunity to talk with people running businesses in industries different to yours. You are sure to gain fresh insights, inspiration and some great ideas on how to boost profitability and reduce stress.
