MOST SESSIONS ARE NOW FULLY BOOKED
A few places are still available in the Franchisee Workshop.
Multi-unit franchising, where a franchisee runs two or more units, is one of the hottest trends in franchising today.
If you are a franchisor this is your opportunity to get up to speed on how to use multi-unit franchising to promote system growth, reward productive franchisees and achieve operating efficiencies.
If you are a franchisee you will learn how to better manage your businesses to reduce stress and achieve greater control and profitability.
On Monday August 18th a National Forum on the theme, Driving Profitable Growth Through Multi-Unit Franchising, will be held in Brisbane for a select number of franchisors and multi-franchisees. The numbers will be limited to enable interaction and quality discussion on issues of mutual interest such as:
Note, this combined franchisor and franchisee Forum is now full. We did our best to encourage people to register early and apoligise if you have missed out on a place.
On Tuesday August 19th, the day after the Forum, two dynamic events will be held simultaneously - a Masterclass for franchisors and a Workshop for multi-unit franchisees. The Franchisor Masterclass will be conducted by international expert, Dr Dave Hood. This event is also now fully booked.
The Franchisee Workshop will enable franchisees to discuss in depth with their peers what works for them in managing the people, technology, financial and operational issues they face in their multi-unit operations. To ensure this workshop remains focused and productive it will be facilitated by Debb Lowe from the Franchise Relationships Institute. There are still a few places for franchisees in this workshop.
Toward the end of Tuesday’s sessions franchisors and franchisees will come together to share some of the big ideas to emerge on what helps to drive profitable growth through multi-unit franchising.
