There's nothing new in the ideal of striving to be the best we can be. The most popular iteration of this concept is the Growth Mindset, coined by educational psychologist, Professor Carol Dweck. Franchise Relationships Institute (FRI) has now celebrated two 21st Birthday Breakfasts with 130 clients, suppliers and colleagues. These Breakfasts are dedicated to acknowledging our roots and thanking the people who have made a difference to FRI and franchising, as well as introducing the "next generation" FRI team.

Attendees have commented they never realised we had so many talented young people working behind the scenes. As part of the proceedings Greg Nathan introduced our new "Franchisor Wheel of Excellence" which we are very excited about.
