Delivering Effective Field Support in New Zealand

The Franchise Association of New Zealand (FANZ) invited us to conduct a full day workshop for its members on “How to deliver effective field support”. This is a topic we love to teach.

The day started with participants working together to agree on a list of hot issues they'd like to explore further. We did this to both identify the needs of the group as well as teaching some facilitation techniques they could use with their franchisees. As with all our training programs it was a very practical day of learning and the feedback was enthusiastic.
