As part of FRI's commitment to the development of evidence based tools that promote high performance in franchising, we have launched a significant upgrade to the Nathan Profiler franchisee recruitment tool. The Nathan Profiler version 3 draws on the findings from our Franchisee Success study, a large global research project which sort to understand why some franchisees perform better than others.

Here is a brief outline of the key updates we have made to the Nathan Profiler version 3.

Self Assessment:

  • Candidate results will be compared to new benchmark of over 1800 franchisees from our 2011 Franchisee Success Study.
  • New 7-point rating scale for the Self Assessment questionnaire, rather than the 5-point rating scale.
  • Updates to the comments, charts and ranges which appear throughout the Self Assessment summary report.

Final Check:

  • Several new attribute scales and subscales added, with updates to questions and BARS ratings within the Assessor Guide.
  • Updates to the comments and charts which appear throughout the Final Check summary report.
  • New look input screen, meaning you can conduct the interview directly from your iPad or laptop if you choose.

Visit the official Nathan Profiler page for an informative tutorial of the improvements.
