Over the past few weeks, many people have told us they have been experiencing high levels of stress and COVID fatigue. 

For many, the Easter period is a time for reflection and renewal, so we thought we'd share some of our favourite tips for enhancing personal vitality.

  1. Connect with people you care about, and who care about you.
  2. Do things that you enjoy and that make you smile.
  3. Engage your mind in positive and creative ways.
  4. Spend some time in nature, and absorb the energy that it gives out.
  5. Reflect on what’s important, and the values that give your life purpose.
  6. Read a book that is uplifting or that stimulates fresh thinking and ideas.
  7. Consider what has gone well recently that you can be grateful for, and perhaps send a note of thanks to someone who had something to do with this.

We wish you and your loved ones well for the Easter period, and hope you can use this time to refresh, re-energise and renew!
