The Franchisor Excellence Masterclass delivers powerful insights into the psychology of franchising that every franchisor executive needs to know. The content is practical and evidence-based, and draws from FRI’s decades of research working with hundreds of the world’s most successful franchise networks. Sessions are highly interactive and provide participants with the tools and processes proven to build a profitable, healthy franchising culture where franchisor teams and franchisees can work together to achieve their goals.

Why attend?

Franchising is largely a people business and there are many pitfalls for the unwary. The Masterclass provides senior franchisor executives with a stimulating and supportive learning environment enabling them to stay up to date, share their hard-earned experience with high-level peers, and stay fresh and focused on what matters.

How is it conducted?

Over five, convenient two-hour sessions, participants learn techniques and strategies, discuss relevant case studies, and participate in small group discussions where best practice tips can be captured and shared. All sessions are professionally facilitated to ensure everyone’s time is well spent. Sessions are delivered live over the Zoom platform, enabling everyone to participate fully from their preferred location anywhere in the world, adding an interesting global flavour to the program.
