FRI’s legendary face-to-face events are back. This National Franchisor Executive Forum will provide an opportunity for senior executives to come together face-to-face, in a collaborative spirit, to share their insights and lessons from the last few years. And more importantly, to explore tools, strategies and processes that can help to prepare their franchise networks for the challenges ahead.

A carefully crafted, highly interactive program

The Forum program consists of case studies, research updates and round table discussions built around six themes (see below). As with all FRI events, you will enjoy a professionally facilitated day that is highly interactive, focused and practical. We will also capture the best practice tips that are shared, so participants have actionable insights to take back to their teams. We are starting the program at 10:00am, so interstate attendees can fly in and out on the same day, if they wish.

Senior franchisor executives responsible for leading divisions or teams within a franchisor including CEOs, General Managers, Divisional or Departmental Heads, and State or Regional Managers. (Please note that the event is restricted to senior franchisor executives, priority placement will be given to FRI Alumni Members, and numbers will be limited to maintain quality interaction. The Franchise Council of Australia has accredited the National Franchisor Executive Forum as part of their Certified Franchise Executive Program [CFE] with 150 education credits for CFE registrants who attend.
