There's nothing new in the ideal of striving to be the best we can be. The most popular iteration of this concept is the Growth Mindset, coined by educational psychologist, Professor Carol Dweck. FRI’s 2019 Franchisor Excellence Masterclass was a sell-out with 60 franchisor leaders attending from 35 quality brands. Our mission was to create a collaborative culture where participants and expert presenters would share evidence-based insights that create franchising excellence. Feedback from participants indicates we achieved our goal with them giving the program a 90% satisfaction and an NPS of +79. Thanks to our Program Partners and invited experts such as Josie Thomson, Brian Walker and Pete Burdon.
