Conference on “Making Metric Matter” a Sell Out

FRI’s 2017 National Franchise Operations Conference for people who support franchisees was a massive success, attracting 130 people from 60 brands. The positive feedback has been fantastic, with 98% of participants rating their experience as Excellent or Very Good, and 98% also saying they achieved their objectives for attending! All session focused on our theme of “Making Metric Matter” and the collaboration from participants was inspiring. The most popular sessions were the panel on Franchisor Leadership Secrets to Success with Karim Messih, Lynne Gallucci, Steve Hansen and Steve Rafsky; the workshop on Using Psychology to Build a High Performance Culture with Paul Saunders; and the Research Update on Trends in the Use of Metrics to Drive Performance with Greg Nathan. Many people said it was the best event we have run. We run these events to make a positive difference to the franchising sector by encouraging collaboration and the sharing of best practice between our clients. Thanks to everyone on the FRI team for their dedication and to our many supporters and event partners who helped us to pull this off.
