OCTOBER 2011Supporting field managers to be “Leaders in The Field”, FRI recently ran the 3rd Annual Field Manager Summit. Over 26 separate learning sessions, workshops and Master Classes were conducted over the 2-day event held in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Sessions covered wide ranging topics including drivers for franchisee success, leadership through crisis, learning and development, social media, financial management, local area marketing, human resource strategies, and personal effectiveness. Over 280 field and operations managers came together to share, learn and continue the development of best practice in the franchising field. FEBRUARY 2011 — USAAt the 51st Annual IFA Convention at Las Vegas, Greg Nathan conducted the annual full day Franchise Relations Clinic. This program equips participants with insights, skills and strategies to create a healthy franchise culture that has high levels of franchisee satisfaction and franchisor effectiveness.
